Style Ashtanga Yoga with James Butkevich Mysore
style Ashtanga Yoga is for ALL levels; open equally to beginners and
established practitioners. It is an individual practice in a group
setting. For the beginner, this is the best way to learn the system. It
is not necessary to "know the series" to begin. After practicing a
week, the sequence will be readily available on your hard drive /
memory. Students begin slowly and are moved along as they progress.
This is the way it is taught in Mysore, India. No changes are made to
the series or system. |
